Mr. Lee is a Director with Applied Economics LLC, providing business valuation and transfer pricing services. Mr. Lee has performed valuation services for a variety of purposes, including acquisition purchase price allocations, estate and gift planning appraisals, estate tax appraisals, transaction fairness opinions, solvency opinions, lost profits/economic damages analyses, and valuations of intangible assets.

Additionally, Mr. Lee has performed transfer pricing studies for publicly‐traded and independent businesses in a wide range of industries. Mr. Lee’s transfer pricing studies have been used to assist clients with domestic and international cross‐border transactions in accordance with IRS and OECD transfer pricing guidelines.
